PTA Nominating Committee Volunteers Needed!

Would you like to make a difference at our school? Please consider taking one of 5 positions on the Proctor PTA nominating committee.

We need a group of 5 committee members (and 2 alternates) who will help find volunteers to serve on next school year's Proctor PTA board. The purpose of the nominating committee is to recognize and seek qualified nominees for the elected leadership of the PTA. Please consider a position on this very important committee! PTA Online Auction ~ April 14 - April 23

Our Auction Committee is still looking for volunteers to help with the online auction. The Committee is already working on donation solicitations and REALLY needs your help! If you can help with the auction, even with just an hour or two of your time, please contact Susan Hogan at smhogan2@sbcglobal.net.

Would you like to save money on haircuts at Supercuts?  This is just one way that Community Discount Cards will save you money in Castro Valley!  Twenty-six different locations offer discounts that can be used each day for a year.  They make great, affordable gifts for anyone in Castro Valley!  The flyer is available online and in the school office, and must be submitted with your payment of $10 for non-members or $9 for members!  (Discount cards for other cities in CA are also available for purchase.)  Volunteers are being asked to sell these to friends, family & neighbors to support Proctor PTA.  For more information, please contact Laura Caistor at historian@proctorpta.org or 510-538-9139.

PTA Membership has voted to reduce the meeting schedule for the rest of the school year.  We will have meetings every other month.
